Big hotel with all the bells and whistles, they have it all covered; swimming pool, massage, convention center, bar, restaurant, etc. The bed was comfortable and the restaurant was good.

We arrived late, around midnight 1am and the staffs were still there to help us with our luggage and other stuff. Even carried them to our rooms too at that time. As many others had stated, their breakfast was very good, we went back for 2nds many time. Location is also very central, it is right smack in the middle of Nakhon Sawan. Wifi is also very strong and stable. If you self drive, they have plenty of parking spaces, and the concierge will always get you a lot even if it's full. Toilet is clean and large and well designed. No wasted spaces. And for the price, it is extremely worth it.

The staff was very welcoming, and we received excellent service. This was our first visit to this hotel, and we will definitely return. Everything was exceptional, except for the breakfast, which was somewhat disappointing. The room was spacious, very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was outstanding.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. There is even a spa in the hotel which we enjoyed a massage one evening. We didn't try the breakfast as we went out bird watching both mornings. It was a comfortable and good value stay in the city.

- Spacious room, clean, well maintained.Surely one of the best in Nakhon Sawan (currently no 4-5 star hotels in the city) - 3 EV charging stations ( type 2, 32A) with smartphone app.,very good for over-night charging - included breakfast with surprising quality and variety - Spa service available till 9 pm

the junior suite was huge, it felt like having a whole apartment. The staff were super nice, they made every effort to help me with my requests and spoke really good English. parking was easy. the hotel is right near a 7/11, which is convenient.

Good parking conditions, always free space. Welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable, quick reception, good coffee bar with nice furniture which makes you want to sit and feel relaxed. Clean, everything works and really friendly and accomodating staff all around. From the coffee bar, restaurant and service assistants cleaning the rooms.

We have stayed at this hotel twice before. Always pleased. Clean and comfortable rooms. Well appointed. Large room with very comfortable bed. Great AC, great water pressure and wifi. Always a pleasant and relaxing stay here.

Got an upgrade to Deluxe Room and the view of the room is good. Bathroom is big and shower is separate. There is some tea and coffee this time but not last time inside the room.
